| About the Owner
Kingdom Consulting and Publishing, Inc. is owned by Pauletta Hatchett, who serves as its CEO. Ms. Hatchett was inspired to establish Kingdom Consulting and Publishing, Inc. to help small businesses, ministries, churches, and authors "birth" their work. Her company is founded on God's Word in Esther 4:14, Psalm 68:11-12 and Exodus 1:15-21. With over 30 years of combined experience as a consultant, entrepreneur, technical writer, information systems professional, librarian, corporate publishing manager, leadership trainer, project manager, school educator, ministry leader, and strategic planner; she serves as a trailblazer clearing the way and equipping leaders with strategies and marketing practices to establish new territory and position their organizations for growth. Pauletta Hatchett has faithfully served for over 16 years at her local church, The House of the Lord® in Akron, Ohio, under the leadership and covering of Bishop F. Josephus Johnson, II, where she heads the "Ambassadors of Christ" Missions Ministry and serves as Coordinator of Training & Administration for The School of the Prophets where she co-leads equipping the prophetic ministry team for service. Ms. Hatchett works as Business Administrator/Director of Development at Emmanuel Christian Academy in Akron, Ohio. In the area of non-profit ministry, Pauletta Hatchett established and directs MegaFit Health, Recreation and Fitness, an organization whose purpose is to equip and encourage people to live healthy, holistic lives. In the spring of 2009, Pauletta Hatchett completed a three-year term on the Board of Directors for C.O.C.I.N.A. (Coalition of Children In Need Association), which oversees the educational and practical needs of 1,200 impoverished students at Institution Univers in Ouanaminthe, Haiti, as well as medical and vocational needs of the community. In 2008, Pauletta Hatchett started an "Anointed For Business" class to equip servant leaders who work in the fields of business, education, and government in marketplace ministry. In 2007, she was nominated for the prestigious “Great Women of the 21st Century” Award by the American Biographical Institute. In September 2006, Pauletta Hatchett received the Legacy III Faith Based Award for outstanding service to the Summit County community along with a Commendation from the State of Ohio House of Representatives for her dedicated work to improve the lives of others and for being one of Ohio’s finest citizens. In November 2006, Ms. Hatchett was the recipient of the WCRF Moody Bible Institute Radio "Good Samaritan Award" for a lifestyle of caring, sacrificial, and noble service. Some of her other accomplishments include: being a facilitator for the MegaKids Program at Megafest 2006 in Atlanta; Christian Stewardship Association National Convention Workshop Presenter (2005); American Heart Association Minority Outreach Committee and Community Instructor. Ms. Hatchett has been a certified health and fitness professional for over 10 years. Education and Background Pauletta Hatchett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Library Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and has taken courses in the M.B.A. Program at Gannon University in Erie, PA, along with post-baccaulareate courses at The University of Akron's School of Business. She is a Certified Graduate of the Perspectives Program through the U.S. Center for World Mission where she is one of their traveling instructors. She holds a Certificate from the Pastoral Mentoring Institute of Logos Bible Institute, but continues to attend classes as an alumni for personal and spiritual growth and accountability. Pauletta Hatchett graduated with honors from three accelerated schools of ministry at Eagle Christian College in Marion, Ohio: the School of Apostles, School of the Prophets, and Advanced School of rhe Prophets. She is also pursuing a Master's Degree in Practical Ministry. Summary Pauletta Hatchett is an equipper, motivator, and entreprenuer who is embued with the spirit of wisdom. She has a broad and deep understanding of practices and marketing strategies that can empower the business community and churches to extend their services throughout the marketplace and the world.
